The site is located at 42 Derech HaHoresh (The Grove Road), and it is not by coincidence that it is called such. The side of the mountain on which the estate is located is covered with a natural grove of pine trees and ancient oak trees. The Ramot Neighborhood, which is situated on the northern side of the city, overlooks Highway No. 1 from the west and the Judean Hills from the east.
Getting to the estate by Highway No. 1: At the entrance to the city you turn left in the direction of the Dead Sea (continuing on Highway No. 1), at the second exit you turn right, you cross the Golda Bridge in the direction of Ramot (Road No.436), from there you continue to the second traffic light and turn left into Yigal Alon Street, you go about 100 meters and at the second intersection you turn left into Derech HaChoresh, and after another 500 meters you will arrive at 42 Derech HaHoresh.
Getting to the estate from Road No. 90 (from the Dead Sea) - from Road No. 90 (the road from the Dead Sea) you get on Highway No 1 in the direction of Jerusalem, you pass Maaleh Adumim and continue in the direction of Tel Aviv (on Yigal Yadin Street) you pass French Hill intersection until you get to the T intersection, there you turn right into road No.436, afterwards you turn left at the first traffic light into Yigal Alon Street, you go about 100 meters and at the second intersection you turn left into Derech HaHoresh, and after another 500 meters you will arrive at 42 Derech HaHoresh.
